Office Assistant
Frances joined John Lyon’s Charity in February 2025 as Office Manager. She oversees administrative tasks and procedures, including contract management, performance monitoring, procurement of supplies, and office maintenance. She ensures compliance with current legislation and implements office policies to maintain a well-functioning workplace.
Before joining the Charity, Frances worked in business operations across large foundations, small grassroots charities, and medium-sized not-for-profit organisations. She is also a qualified counsellor and volunteers with Place2Be, providing therapy sessions to children and young people.
